Outdoor Pavers come in many different materials and the material depends on the type of maintance needed. Pavers made of natural stone like travertine, slate and flagstone will last a lifetime but do need more maintenance then a concrete based paver.

Travertine Pavers require a lot of up keep, they are recommended to be cleaned and sealed every 12 months to protect them from breaking down and getting damaged.
Slate is not as common of an outdoor surface because of its dark color and in ability to with stand the elements, but if you do have it increasing the density and protecting it is important.
Flagstone can breakdown very easy if not routinely maintained with proper cleaning and sealing every 12 months.
With our deep cleaning process we spray down a biodegradable cleaner to break up dirt, oil and grease, then we power wash the surface with 1500 PSI at 220 degrees to clean and neutralize the surface.
Our outdoor penetrating sealer is specially formulated to properly penetrate and protect against the Arizona outdoor elements including salt and chlorine.
